Delivery discrepancies: Any discrepancies must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Missing items on delivery: Please check all goods that are delivered to you and only sign for the items you have received. We cannot be held liable for missing goods that have been signed for.

Damages: All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged. In the instance that an item arrives and upon opening the item you realise it is damaged or contains a defect, you must submit at least five photographic images showing the issue so that a return or claim can be filed. We strive to make sure all returns or claims are resolved within five business days of the evidence being sent to us.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes of the sofas before purchase and make sure goods will fit into the room of their choice on the GROUND FLOOR. Delivery company is not insured to take goods upstairs or in a basement above or below the ground floor, However if there is a lift and the goods will fit in then the delivery drivers will do their best to help deliver this to the room of your choice.

The delivery drivers or company will not be liable for any damages to walls doors or furnishings during delivery. If goods do not fit into the property as per terms and conditions, goods will be left at the property and the customer will have to make their own arrangements to take them in.

If goods have to be returned due to not fitting in the property, there will be a delivery and return charge and a 20% restocking charge. This will be deducted from the total paid and balance refunded.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Goods (flat-packed items) will be collected Postage charge will be deducted per item plus collection fee. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 7 days of receipt.

If for any reasons you would like to return the sofas within 7 days of delivery, you will have to arrange a return with your own courier at your own cost. Once delivery is received back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund upon inspection accordingly.

Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.
