Delivery Information

We use a network of professional delivery companies who offer a full track and trace service. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you and provide you with the consignment number and the courier's name. Please note that all deliveries are done to the front door only (including buildings such as tower blocks and block of flats etc.) as the couriers are not insured to take the goods inside.

For larger items Sofas and large wardrobes we will use a two man white glove service who will deliver to your room of choice on the ground floor. For any deliveries above the ground floor there will need to be a working lift in which can be used to take the goods upstairs. If the goods are unable to be delivered above the ground floor the goods will be either left on the ground floor and it will be the customers reasonability to take the goods upstairs or the goods will be returned to the seller, in which case there will be a return charge which will be deducted from the refund.

Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse we will issue a refund via the original payment method minus the original delivery charge and the return fee.

Pallet delivery service

For larger or more fragile items we use a specialist delivery Pallet company. The delivery service we offer is to the Kerbside only. The drivers are very professional and friendly.

How does Pallet Delivery work?

If your item is delivered via a pallet this will be to KERBSIDE only, for safety and insurance regulations delivery drivers are not liable to take goods into the residential properties. Due to this reason our entire pallet deliveries are upgraded to a booking service free of charge which means pallet couriers will contact you prior delivery to confirm delivery dates and timescales.

What happens with the pallet?

It is customers' responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to take their goods in their own home and to dispose of the pallet, drivers are not insured to help.
We have provided clear measurements for all our items; therefore please ensure that you are able to fit the item through doors and into your home.

Signing for deliveries

Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery to make sure there is no damages to the packaging. If you find any damages to the outer packaging then please make a note on the paperwork where you sign and accept.

We cannot be held liable for damaged or missing goods that have been signed for.


We take all precautions to ensure that your order arrives in good condition, however if your order is received damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team on 0800 085 2822. We will require a minimum of 5 pictures of the damage, including the packaging.

Missing items

To reduce the possibility of your order getting lost in transit we may pack smaller items (for flat-pack items only) under one (1) package, If you have ordered multiple items or if the goods are in multiple boxes and you only received part of the order please contact our customer service team immediately on 0800 085 2822 so that we can locate your missing items as quickly as possible.


We are unable to accept returns of mattresses once they have been removed from the original packaging for health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return a mattress you must request a return immediately and the mattress must not of have been removed from the packaging. If we suspect a mattress has been returned after being used we will be unable to issue a refund and may return the mattress to you. We will not accept returns of vacuum packed mattresses once they have been unrolled regardless of any other factors.

Unwanted or wrongly ordered goods

If you have placed an order by mistake or if you have changed your mind please contact us immediately on 0800 085 2822 to avoid any return charges.

  • If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order there may be a return charge which will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order has been delivered and you wish to return the goods please contact us on 0800 085 2822 or email us contact us to arrange a collection.
  • For unwanted or wrongly ordered goods there will be a return charge which will be deducted from the refund along with the original delivery charge.
